Riseonics have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role of Sales Executive is a varied and stimulating one, encompassing skills and responsibilities from different areas within the bigger picture of real estate.
The work will include:
Develop and manage a client base within territory.
Deliver sales and revenue against annual targets, both upsell to existing accounts and new business.
Manage all stages of the sales process, working with internal stakeholders.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analysing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
Lead and support new business approaches.
Maintain excellent staff, customer, and client relations at all times.
Provide internal feedback to stakeholders.
Represent Riseonics effectively in its commercial relationships with customers.
Tracking and forecasting of performance vs target for the region.
Attend and participate in relevant conferences.
The key skills needed are:
Experience in sales or business development role.
Proven track record of building strong client relationships at senior levels.
Demonstrable record of revenue generation and hitting sales targets.
Strong presentation, communication (verbal and written) skills.
Highly developed commercial acumen – ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-starter who can perform under pressure and thrives in ambitious, fast-paced environment.
Takes initiative and leads.
Strong organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Highly organized and presentable.
Willing to go beyond the base level job requirements.
Comfortable working autonomously and building new sales pipelines.
