The launching ceremony of the under construction residential building in the LDA Avenue, Raiwind Road, Lahore, Riseonic Heights was held in East London. At this occasion in the press conference, the CEO of Riseonic Heights Asher Qureshi, along with the Managing Director Ahmed Mian and Project Director Muhammad Pervaiz Naveed, informed everyone regarding the project.
Asher Qureshi said that the trend of apartments in Lahore is rising, and this is the perfect project for giving a ready-to-living luxury residence to the overseas Pakistanis.

“After successful launch of Blue Ocean Residency and Marina Enclave, our overseas clients were requesting for a ready-to-live project, so for this purpose we have brought this project in the heart of Lahore, that is the LDA Avenue, on the main commercial road. The trend of apartments in Pakistan, especially in Lahore is growing rapidly and there are some reasons for that: one reason being that when you buy a house, being an overseas Pakistanis, you will have to hire a caretaker for your home and there are many problems related to illegal possession as well, and if you notice, seven to eight developers are building an apartment project there.”
The Managing Director Ahmed Mian said that the location of their project is ideal because they have never compromised on their any project.
Ahmed Mian:
“This project is ideally located on the Raiwind Road in the housing society of LDA itself, LDA Avenue 1. It is present on the main boulevard road, opposite the commercial zone. We have never compromised on the location of our projects, and it has always been our aim to select such location that contains lots of potential for our overseas clients. This project has been approved by all the government departments like LDA, WASA etc.
According to the project Director, Muhammad Pervaiz Naveed, Riseonic Heights is an engineering masterpiece.
Pervaiz Naveed:
“By the grace of ALLAH, this project has been started on ground. I have supervised this project right from the site investigation to the superstructure. Its structure has been designed by some renowned firms. We have gotten an environmental approval for this too. It has been designed to bear up to 7.6 Righter Scale of Earthquake, which is a record in Lahore. We have noted all factors like earthquake, wind and rain while designing this building. The raft foundation is designed on 4000 PSI concrete while the super structure is designed on 5000 PSI.”
The construction work on 2nd floor has been started. The purpose of this project is to deliver this state-of-the-art residence to the overseas Pakistani clients.
