Launch Ceremony of Riseonic Heights

London - On Monday, 15th Nov, Team Riseonics hosted a press conference for the official launch of Riseonic Heights, a state of-the-art project by Riseonics, offering 1 and 2 bed luxury apartments in LDA Avenue, Lahore, Pakistan.

Many leading News channels along with all the higher management of Riseonic Heights were present at the press conference. Mr Asher Qureshi lead the press conference along with Ahmad Mian, the director of Riseonic Heights.

In the press conference it was revealed that Sabeena Farooq, a leading Pakistani actress will be the face of Riseonic Heights as its official ambassador. Sabeena Farooq is a fresh but brilliant actress, being part of many hit drama serials like Mohlat, kashf, Muhabbat Daagh ki Surat and many more.

“Riseonic Heights is committed to deliver results with its fast-paced construction. We have successfully completed the first floor of the building and we are planning to give possession in 18 months only. We will only start our next projects after the completion of this one.” Ahmad Mian, the director of Riseonic Heights said in response to a question about the date of delivery of apartments.

Informing the reporters about the apartments, Mr. Asher Qureshi said that” “We hired top-notch contractors to complete this project with perfection without compromising on the quality. Due to its prime location this is a great residence and investment opportunity for the overseas investors.

Alhamdulillah we are on our target, we are not desperate to sell it out. But the main purpose of today’s official launch is to inform the overseas Pakistani’s that they should definitely invest in the real estate sector of Lahore, especially that of the apartments because it has great potential.

The only thing that everyone should consider before investing in any real estate project is to check their due-diligence.”

Answering a question about NOCs, he told that “We have the NOC of 16 different departments including LDA. Everyone is welcome to do their due-diligence and then invest if they want to.”

At the end he added: “I would like to thank all those who trusted us during our pre-launch duration and invested in Riseonic Heights. Keeping our promise, now they have achieved a profit of 10%-12% because after the official launch, the prices of the apartments have increased.”

 

At the closing, the guests were served with the refreshments and giveaways by Riseonic Heights. The management thanked all who came to the launching ceremony.
